Grab yourself some yarn and a hook and let’s get started learning the Half Double Crochet Stitch.
Step 1: After creating a foundation chain you are going to Yarn Over (yo) and insert your hook into the second chain from the hook.
Step 2: With your hook in the rear of your work, yarn over (yo) again and pull through the first loop on the hook. You will now have 3 loops on your hook.
Step 3: Once you have three loops on your hook, you will yarn over (yo) for the third and final time. Now pull the yarn through the three loops to complete your stitch.
